Creativity releases energy and allows flow and movement in supervision. When we are in stuck places or can’t find the words, the use of creative media facilitates spontaneity and connects both supervisor and supervisee in an energetic process. This in turn can lead to more satisfying outcomes in the supervision and alleviates anxiety.
The first 2 days of this course will explore theoretical input, group discussion and experiential exercise. Day 3 will focus on supervised supervision.
