The Northern Guild offers a range of psychotherapists who are trained and experienced in working as expert witnesses and as psychological therapists in family and civil conflicts.
We offer the following services:
- Independent expert witness reports
- Pre-hearing assessments
- Mediation
- Attendance at expert meetings or meetings of the parties
- Direct therapeutic work, including counselling or psychotherapy with children, families and adults
If therapeutic treatment is agreed or directed, we can offer sensitive, client-directed psychological therapy. Depending on the relevant issues, this may involve specialist therapeutic services such as EMDR or therapies for particular client needs such as children, couples or family therapy.
