Long Distance Learning
At the Northern Guild we welcome students from all corners of the world. Our highly respected and accredited training courses designed to get you into the profession are attended by students from as far as London, Greece, Italy, France and even Russia.Taught in part and directed by influential figures in the field, you can be certain that no matter how far you travel that you are embarking upon a rigorous and career focussed study programme that will provide you with the knowledge and skills to truly develop yourself within the profession of psychotherapy & counselling. Our weekend and evening courses have also been designed to be flexible so that travel, study and work become a convenient combination.
For oversees students courses can be completed on a full time basis over one year and the masters programme can also be completed full time for all students.
With a Student Visa it is also possible to work and study within the UK, so if you are considering coming to study with the Northern Guild this could be an ideal way of financing your learning as well as gaining a suitable internship.

If you are travelling to study with us we are ideally placed for a range of accommodation close by on Jesmond Road and Osbourne Road, as well as easily accessible from Newcastle town centre.
