Taking a systemic integrative approach, the course will focus on identifying models for assessing the developmental stage of a relationship, the severity of presenting issues and the planning of effective interventions.
Special consideration will be given to the effects of projection within a couple system and the impact of this on the functioning of the couple.
Didactic input will focus on both theoretical concepts and clinical material. Experiential exercises and skills coaching will be integral to the course.
