Travelling through the teens is a challenging and demanding time for young people and for their parents. Teenagers worry about many things such as looking right, what their friends think and exam stress. Mood swings and arguments are a normal part of their world as they struggle between independence and self-doubts.
Some young people appear super confident whilst others are timid and shy. Helping a young person travel confidently and safely through the labyrinth of challenges they face is a demanding job.
This course will appeal to all parents who want the support of up to the minute information and strategies for helping their child.
