When the supervisor enables creative thinking and expression the supervisee feels empowered and the relationship becomes a crucible of energy.
In this workshop we will look at blocks that can occur in the supervisory process and ways to work with these including the use of a variety of creative media, speaking the language of the client and role play.
Participants are asked to bring case examples to consider. This workshop will appeal to supervisors working in a range of settings.
